I am the founder of Energetic Health & Wellness. I have been studying and practicing Natural Wellness for over 18 years. I consider myself a student of life, as I love to learn and share my knowledge. I am an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Speaker, Published Author, Transformational Life Coach, Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, and German New Medicine Practitioner, I offer a compassionate non-judgemental, supportive safe space for transformation (bridge the gap of where you are now to where you want to be) through healing, re-patterning, restructuring and reprogramming the body, mind and spirit from the inside out.
